Our goal is to create a forum for people interested in a psychological awareness of the self. We all need to learn how to become more self-aware if we want change. And it is through the sharing of our emotional lives and personal histories in a caring forum that we can begin this process.
In our group, we want the discussions, exchanges, and personal excavations to be human, thoughtful, and benefit the lives of those who take the risks to challenge themselves.

Dear All,
Our next meeting will be taking place today, September 1, at 7pm.
We will again gather at the Skylight Diner at 402 West 34th street between 9th and 10th avenue at 7pm.
In our supportive group we will share what is working and explore what we might need to do differently. We will try to determine what part of our character gets in the way of moving forward. Read more
