Dear All,

Hope everyone had a restful holiday and is interested in change for the New Year. In this spirit, at our meetings we will continue to build on our ability to look at ourselves reflectively in 2009.

What is working in our lives and what needs adjusting?
Why is change often difficult?
How are others successful and what can I learn?

It is through support, sharing, and reflection that we are able to look at ourselves and make inroads for change.

For those brave and interested in change, our next meeting will take place on January 20th at 7pm. We will gather again at the Skylight Diner at 402 West 34th street between 9th and 10th avenue.
