The Flow Community

This is a discussion group intended to encourage the exploration of one question: What does it mean to be fully and intensely alive, what does it mean to live in flow? In attempting to answer this question, we are led down multiple routes of discovery, lured into pledging our loyalty to this or that "true path" and challenged to remember that all roads lead to the same destination. We come together in conversation about the multiplicity of dimensions that make up the experience of participating in life unconditionally, with vigor and zest. We draw on understanding from a number of fields - psychology, philosophy, mythology, neuroscience, the mind-body connection and related practices, creative expression, storytelling, community involvement and more. Our hope is to begin to weave all those strands into a single thread - one that can serve as a centerline to our lives.
